thank you for the kind advice! I'm now going to start paying more attention to my calories. I am trying to eat three meals a day and some kind of a snack but sometimes as we all know our days get too busy and we forget. So now I'm making a more concerted effort to keep an eye on those calories. just from yesterday to today I'm down so I feel a little bit better and I have to admit. yesterday I wasn't feeling well at all so after having a very long walk with my husband I spent most of the day in bed. still able to get 13,000 steps but didn't do any exercising.
