Post Thanksgiving looooong weekend with family and lots of food. I'm starting to find my way towards new normal, maintenance. At least for now. I plan to recommit in January, but using this in-between time to see what works, what doesn't, what happens, etc...Not surprised I gained 2 lbs. Hoping to maintain or lost over this next week, before major family events kick in...missing my commitment! missing feeling super light. forgiving myself.
