I'm down another half-pound. This makes me very happy. I'm ending the month a lot closer to my goal. Measurably under 50 lbs closer. With less than two months to go to my birthday, there's a better than even chance that I'll be under 14 stone on the day. I certainly hope so. I'll have to lose a bit over 15 lbs in two months to make that goal (196 lbs). I'll be happy if I weigh 200 exactly on the day. It would be a huge achievement. Let's see how far I can go in the next eight weeks.
