Yesterday was an average day, I did manage to cut the front lawn and go on an additional casual walk yesterday evening, I tracked it and it totaled 2.5 miles over 1 1/2 hours. Other than that I stayed within my calories but went over on my fat and salt...it was the eggs and trail mix that did it...oh well.
