I started the day great yesterday, ate right on target while at work, but then ate too much in the evening - still need to work on that. On a positive note, I bought some gum drops at the pharmacy (one of my old tricks), but found I could not eat them all, was able to convince myself to throw them away. Also later I got ice cream, and had to put some away for today.

So I think I'm at least listening a little better to my body when it says "STOP ALREADY". Now if my brain didn't say "OOH, GUMDROPS!" I'd really be in good shape :)

I created a challenge, so that I could try to really watch myself for a week, and am quite pleased and surprised that so far I've got 23 other people joining me!!

My back is still bothering me, and I haven't been to the gym yet. But it hurts less this morning than yesterday morning, so perhaps I'm almost back to normal. Come July 1st I am exercising! (if only for the 10 minutes a day).
