Trying not to get discouraged this morning, been slow and steady but seemingly plateaued for a minute here despite a pretty hefty calorie deficit and upping my exercise. Might have to adjust my macros but I honestly don’t even know where to start with it. Not gonna wallow for longer than it takes me to drink my coffee though! Onwards and upwards my friends ❤️

Just keep at it the scale can be funny some times. If you haven't done so already I would highly suggest you take measurements as well as pictures so you have more to compare than just the number on the scale.

I think it’s common to have a little bump immediately before a drop. Fat cells refilling with water or a similar process. And otb123 made great suggestions.

Thanks y’all!! OTB You’re definitely right, the scale can be finicky for sure! I’ve never taken measurements but I think I’ll start! Cause I’m definitely waking up and feeling different so even if the scale doesn’t reflect that I’d like to see if there are other measurable ways to keep track! Tom, thank you for the encouragement 😊 I haven’t really done a ton of research into the process of dieting and losing weight, since I’ve always just been able to eat whatever and maintain, at least until I had kids lol. I just sort of went in blind so it’s good to know this is pretty normal!
