Started on the Atkins Diet 2 weeks ago and put on 5kg, so thats not the one for me! Back to calorie counting. Started today by finding out that I need 2000 cal a day to reach and maintain my goal weight. Not sure how it will go with a wonky thyroid, but its time to knuckle in and do it, a wardrobe full of 'skinny' clothes is begging to be worn again! Please help me God.
