I feel great. One pound to go for the first 10. I have always done keto and it worked, but binge eating has always been my downfall. After finally switching to a full balanced diet and at least 30 min of exercise a day (even just walking), I feel that this has been my healthiest approach to weightless. All in all. I feel great!
