Trying not to become obsessed with the weigh-in part of this experience. I will attribute this weeks weight loss to water. I know I was in a funk last week and ate mindlessly. Kind of snapped out of it Monday and went for a walk. 2 hours. I had a lot on my mind. We shall see by next week as my area has rain forecast for the remainder of the week. But not giving up. This week will be better!!
