Yesterday was a good day. I went walking on the trail, I walked 2.5 miles in 51 minutes. The beginning of my walk was quite enjoyable, then I realized I lost my keys and frantically retracted my steps until I found them, by then I was exhausted and I ended my walk. Overall it was a great walk and I sweated lie crazy. I also managed to cut the grass, front and back yard.
I am so excited to see I am at my lowest weight. Lets see if I can hold on to it.
