Weight has remained constant floating around 179-182. Haven’t tracked much since thanksgiving. Just focusing on getting my protein. On the plus side since November, I dropped about 2 cm on the belly. And gained 4 cm on my left 💪🏽 and 2 on my right. Now they’re both about even at almost 37. Traps are starting to get defined. So figure I dropped some body fat and picked up some muscle weight.
