I’ve found that taking a break from logging on the weekend helps me to not feel so overwhelmed by the whole process. I’ve been struggling with headaches since Friday, I don’t know if it’s cause I’m getting over whatever my kids gave me, I went to the chiropractor and had a wonky adjustment, or I’ve been under eating to an extreme (cause of lack of appetite). Probably a combo of everything but I’m super sick of feeling terrible. It just feels like I can’t be my best self that I’m trying to be when my body feels crappy 😭
