Began day yesterday with exercises, cleaning and washing, then felt tired/sleepy and unable to concentrate for the rest of morning. In afternoon set self a 1 hour time limit to work... and seemed to pick up and actually worked overtime. Finished afternoon with a fast 1 hour walk.
