I have a rotten scale! When I first brought it home I would step on it and it and sometimes it would incredible reading...then after I stepped off it would say error. So mean!! This morning it said I gained a pound, although I was disappointed, I figured I hadn't been doing much to lose any weight, other than change my eating habbits months ago. So I believed it...until I stepped off and it said error. Hmmm...I stepped back on and it said I actually lost 1.5 pounds. :) Stepped off...no error message. :) Stepped on 2 more times just to make sure. Yep!! down 1.5 pounds. It actually is a pretty accurate scale as long as I don't receive the error message. :) I am 7 pounds from my pre-baby weight!! Woo Hoo!! Happy Monday everyone!

My scale does that all the time. The first time I step on it, its maybe 2-3 lbs LESS than what I actually am, usually I step on it 3-4 times to make sure! I find the scale at my gym is a lot more accurate. Good job on the loss!

Mine tried adding 4 pounds the other week. But it did it to my kids as well. This morning it said my batteries were low so i am assuming that is why it was starting to show errors.

Not to sound smart a#$@# but probably just a low battery.

I'd agree with the low battery comment, but it's done that since day one. Evil little machines!! we all love them when the weight is coming off...or remaining the same and hate them when the weight is creeping back on.
