Well, I went off of the deep end. I have been eating like I am storing up for a long fast.
It was a long holiday weekend, (July 4th), and I had all the meals planned, and made fatty food, and ate it. I even had a lot of beer, expecially on yesterday.
Now, in my hung-over state, I am vowing to return to my diet, and try, yet again, to get my numbers under control.
I am starting to really feel the extra weight, around my face, and everywhere else. It would be really nice to start to reverse the gain.
Today, so far, I had to force myself to eat. I ate oatmeal, and a foot long baked chicken with no cheese.
