Wow, you are really losing. I hope you are not starving yourself but are eating smart: mostly vegetables, and some meat and eggs. I do intermittent fasting which just means I wait each day till noon to eat, only having black coffee or tea before noon. No, I don't like black coffee either but I am pretty used to it. The milk I used to have in it is not as hard to give up, as is bread, sweets, and wine. If I want to lose I have the give up those things. While your weight is higher you can usually get away eating more and still lose if your calories are down. As I said before last year discipline is hard. But you sure are doing something right. Is it the right time for you to get serious? Since our daughter died in October, I have gained weight but grieving is hard so I'm not beating myself up. I think it's time for me to give up sweets. Again. I've done it before, one time for 6 years. I can do it again, I tell myself. We are so human, aren't we? Welcome back!

How about adding something to your profile and telling us something about yourself? As you journal and support other people you can get support back. Are you a very quiet person?

All I had to do was give up ice cream and chips. I was eating a half of a half gallon of ice cream a day, along with a half of bag of potato chips a day. My new snacks are celery, radishes, and carrot sticks. 😁
