Gained a pound. Wasn’t able to walk or run because of injured ankle. Rode bike but haven’t built up enough muscle to go very long. Diet was on the higher calorie end. Probably more like 1800 day average. Didn’t keep up with food diary like I needed to. Ate some sugary stuff like cake a few times this week. Plan to lean heavier into high protein low calorie and exercise more this next week.
