Morning!! Still learning how to use this on my laptap and not the app on my phone. For example, "how closely followed" is not on the phone app!! can't go backwards. I've also learned about myself that i need to weigh in every day as he truly helps to keep me motivated to see the numbers. If I've gone done yay! if not, work harder!!
