Been trying to be more aware of my eating. Paying attention to why I’m snacking….Bored? Needing a break from school work? Keeping track has been helping me get back on track. I’ve also been taking breaks and getting up and walking around my living room or going outside if it’s not raining. I’ve also been better about my water intake.
