Journal de JDbowler, 19 janv. 15

So, the holiday gain is still with me. I have been in denial for a couple of weeks that the 268-270 fluctuation was going to go away. It's still here. And it is frustrating to all hell. I'm not going to lie. I didn't want to put down 270 because I didn't want to see the yellow bar go back to orange. Is that selfish? I was so proud to get to the half way point, and now it seems like I lost it. I try my hardest to eat good, exercise every other day, with a lot of walking on the days I don't, and just enjoy what's going on. But now that the holidays are over, I have gained weight back, and I'm struggling to lose it, it is just frustrating. I will keep going. Keep eating good. Keep exercising. Keep recording what I am doing, and keep in touch with everyone. I don't want to quit. I'm not giving up. I just need to work harder and make things get going back in the right direction. I hope everyone had a great weekend. And I hope everyone has an excellent upcoming week.

You can do this, believe in yourself, make it worth and you will see the benefits. I know it's not easy, but don't give because when you look back, you will see how far you are

You can do it! This is real life and this is going to happen, occasionally. It's what you do about it that makes the difference in your "new" lifestyle! Keep up the good work!

i had a gain this week and did not want to log it either.. but i did and it just gave me motivation to work harder.. gonna plan my meals better, log everything and commit to the treadmill at least 30 m a day for 5 days straight.. i was sick last week and did not do any of this.. Hang in there and know your not alone. :)

That orange bar is just temporary, I'm sure. You've got the right attitude to take care of this.

This past week was my first week back in a very long time. I too am frustrated with myself for allowing the holidays to take over but it is in the past and all we have is today and hopefully tomorrow. I think we are constantly a work in progress and even once we cross the finish line we are not finished, we will be in maintenance so I am strapping in and trying to learn as much as possible and enjoy the ride down to my goal and then a steady weight and lifestyle. I'm happy to see I am not alone and glad that others share the same 'get back on the horse and keep ridin' kind of attitude.

You're doing well and staying with the program. Don't put down something that may be bad for continuing the program. I avoided weighing for several weeks after the holidays myself for the same reason.

I feel ya , I'm in the same boat and it stinks... I can't believe how I let the momentum go... and scared I won't get it back.

I skipped through your food calendar, might try stop eting the processed and fast foods, eat whole foods including vegetables. Vegetables are missing. You body may be starving for good nutrition.
