Been hard lately 😔 been very depressed, withdrawn, and ready to give up!

please don't give up. take some time for yourself and go find a spot where you can just go and breath, vent, and release that negativity back out out away from you. Any place near water has always calmed me, hope it will you too Life gets to us sometimes, alot harder than we would like to ever allow. Ever need to talk, I'm on Snap - jzackzu We all definitely need someone to talk to and support is critical with weight loss. We're all in your corner! 😁🥰

It is hard, but it's worth it. I don't know what your eating plan is, but I'll tell you about mine. I do CICO (calories in, calories out) and the reason I do is because I want a plan that I can follow for the rest of my life. There are no forbidden foods, I eat 1500-1600 calories a day. I try to eat mostly fresh fruit, vegetables and proteins (meat, poultry, seafood) but I do eat some processed foods. I find that eating lots of fruit and vegetables allows me to fill up without adding too many calories, so I don't go hungry. I hope you find a healthy WOE (way of eating) that works for you so that you can continue on this journey. You've done so well and made such good progress. You can do this. 💚💚💛💛💜💜

I, too, battle w depression especially when I don’t get enough sunlight. Life’s definitely not as easy as it it used to be. Think of your WHY maybe. My granddaughters help cheer me up! Maybe also research foods that help w depression. Prayers for you! 💗✝️💗

i have several psychiatric diagnosis. the psych helps me with medication and advice. i know that not everyone wants medication, so i wish you the very best

don't give up. Think of something that you enjoy and start doing that, like listening to music, drawing, etc. Believe me I understand, I'm trying to find my peace and I'm going to start doing things to focus on myself and that's probably what you need to do

You can do it! You are worth it! Just look at each time you want to eat something that isn’t the best choice for your long term health as choice to choose what’s best right now. This plan for your best life & health isn’t a sprint but a long term goal. If your body wants a dopamine hit, find a new alternative like some pistachios, blueberries, small piece of pure dark chocolate square, low fat cottage cheese. It takes 18 months to completely change your brain & taste buds. It takes one month of no sugar for your body to begin to adapt. You can do it!!! If you can, bump up your water intake to 96 ounces a day with electrolytes like Ultima. This extra water intake will help carb those cravings. Yes it’s a lot of water but think of it as 3 32 ounce containers.

If you can try to incorporate more omega 3–6-9 in your diet like salmon, eggs, avocado.

Don't give up! You got this! Find the strength to get in an hour of self care.. sunshine, light movement (walk or weights), drinking water, gratitude journaling and praying can give you a lot of momentum to keep going!
