Don't feel bad. You can't put that much fat on your body in that short a time - it has to be something else. water, fibre in your gut, that time of the month, inflammation can stack water on if you have any allergies.

awh, it happens to all of us for a myriad of reasons. let's figure it out together. (I recently started snacking again super late at night. I was just so hungry!!! I had to re-adjust my daily calorie intake, up my protein a little more, and that fixed my late night cravings. there's nothing static in a journey to health. stress and emotions are powerful, too. what do you think is going on?
