spoke to a friend who also lives on strict diet plan. we both confirmed, it takes as much effort and sacrafice and hard work to stay down as it took to get down. it never ends and when a person has a goal to lose weight, that goal is not enough. my goal was to create a new way of living, and change who i am, so I may sustain this forever - despite what life throws at us.

also, when you get down to your goal, it helps to know that will not be a static number. your new baseline will be about a 5 pound range day after day after day after day...........

my new baseline as been between 152-157 every week. due to diet cheat days on saturdays. however, i have achieved over 1 year of staying down in the 150's. so my goal of staying down and not gaining back, is still on track.
