I have been a bit ill lately, firstly with a spider bite, then with tonsillitis, which knocked me down solid, so I haven't been training or dieting/ counting calories for almost 3 weeks. I've been working nightshift for 3 weeks, so my body is super run down from lack of sleep.. I was also on cortisone treatment, so I am super, super stoked to see this number on the scale. I was expecting a big weight gain over the last few weeks! Cool man!!!
As soon as I'm over this cold, I'll be back to training and toning!! My body is going through literal anxiety and unnecessary tiredness without the training, and I miss it too much! I can literally feel the lack of exercise in my body.
78 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 7 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 18 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
