I have also been out of control on vacation for 2 weeks. For the most part I did splurge several times and chose salad alot, but weight gain is inevitable with inactivity and to many home cooked food choices Mom makes:) You can get back into the swing. Just stick with it. Pick yoursself back up, dust yourself off and roll with it. You can make it with me lady.
