excellent considering yesterday was a bday cheat day and 2 days ago was another bday cheat day. I'm just 0.6 from my lowest low.

This morning though, I am dead tired. Might have to eat to keep busy. Nothing is stimulating me to stay awake. Not coffee, not interracting with users, no sense of responsability has woken up in my brain, not even with the eergy drink. A headache may be creeping in though............

The best thing in the world for that is “WALKING”… It works even better for craving behaviours… 15 to 30 minutes and your whole day will be different (better)… Be Strong — :) DV

If it comes back… go for another walk. It was while recovering from my first addiction (alcohol) that I started walking to defer the bad feelings - from fatigue to cravings - 110% success! I have never stopped walking since, simply because it makes me feel good… There are not many things I can depend on to do that!!! I will not accept any excuse not to go for a walk and that includes weather and bad attitudes (days/weeks). Be well — :) DV
