I'm having a fight with myself. I am wanting to stress eat!!! so far my fight to not stress eat today is winning!!! hopefully it will stay that way through the day. one day at a time

hang in there!! I go through this often as well. sometimes I give in, other times I make it through. all I know is that I feel like a real champion when I stick to my plan. I'm thinking of ya 💪

Thank you SD_3 I think I did ok. I'm a little higher on carbs and fat then I normally like but not bad and still below calories. Thank for your support SD_3 and all of you. Have awesome day tomorrow everyone
