No change after a weekend off! I try not to log/be super stressed about diet or exercise on the weekends so that I can be fully present with my family and reset my mind for a productive week! Starting Monday off strong with close to 1k steps already, a ton of work emails and some STRONG black coffee lol. I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are!
