I think my calorie intake was just too low yesterday, I think my sweet spot for loss is 1100-1300, but y’all are also inspiring me to start looking into weight and strength training so that’s probably going to have to go up! On my to do list today: Look at wedding venues, work out during nap time, google “beginner strength training”, and do alllllllll the laundry 😂 Wish me luck!
