Lost the plot a little last week. Idk where my mind was at but I just wasn’t focused on my diet or my exercise. This week has started better, yesterday was insane but today I’m doing a massive fridge clean out/pantry inventory and setting up a shopping list and meal plan for the week! Gonna refocus on getting my 10,000 steps (easier said than done especially with how smoky it’s been from the Canada fires here 😭) and adding in some core workouts. I hope y’all are having a week that’s as amazing as you are so far!
