Dukan Day 54
Another pound lost. When I weighed myself on the analog scale this morning, it read 135. Almost fell off the scale. Truly an out of body experience. A portent for the future, perhaps? The digital reads 141.8. Not sure why there is such a wide discrepancy between the scales-it's usually a 2-3 lb difference. I can't wait for the day when they both say 135! Hopeful before the end of August. I'd like to reach 130 by the end of September.
