Checking back in for the first time in a long while! Life and work has been insanely busy-- a non-stop energy-draining emotional roller coaster.

I have noticed that in the last couple of months, I've had an increased appetite... I seem to be hungry all the time. I'll have eaten lunch or dinner and a couple of hours later, I'm starving again.

I've gained a lot of weight back (and more), and I am sure it has to do with this new appetite I have.

How do I curb it?? I have got to learn how to control it.

Anyways, trying to get back into the saddle! Wish me luck!
