62 years old. Weighed in at 193. Gained a lot of weight with a terrible job. Now unemployed and looking.
Tired of being overweight and decided on an aspirational goal to get down to my 18 year old weight of 150. Will be happy with any weight in the 150s tbh.
So will begin to seriously count my calories and hit the gym/ pool as much as possible.
