This mornings weigh-in was an awesome surprise!!! When I took my break 3 weeks ago, I was up to 77kgs.... I then took my 3 week break from training, and ate without counting calories... I'm not sure what caused this weight loss (4kgs in 3 weeks) but I'm glad Im almost where I was before I hit my roadblock. Back to serious training tomorrow!
