Lost weight despite eating more because I was more hungry yesterday.

I had a day like that yesterday. I was bad and ate too much junk because I was tired and my body ached from prior day's exercise. Amazingly, my weight maintained anyway. I think that the inflamation from exercise dropped off yesterday, even though I most certainly added some fat to my body. So, today, I must eat well, because I won't get lucky two days in a row.

I actually ate wholesome food, just more calories (1,000) than had I fasted. Same thing happened yesterday, but this time I gained weight. I'm trying to detect if my body is trying to hold onto it's fat stores or if it really needs the calories to maintain muscle. I think it may be the prior because fat cells have their own DNA to send hunger signals to the brain when they are getting depleted. I learned that from Anatomy and Physiology.
