I decreased my calories and started pushing myself more and I’m so glad that the weight is coming off. I personally haven’t noticed much of a change but that might be because I am very self critical but my mother has noticed some change. Overall I’m happy that I started and I can’t wait to keep shedding some more until I’m satisfied.
