198.6, ~4lbs to go.

Will hit this target next week. I may need to revise from 195 to 190lbs. We'll see how it goes.

I'm pretty stoked to be below 200lbs again. This has been a 10mos journey starting from 240lbs. It wouldn't have taken so long if I had my formula from the start.

Here's the 100% transparent summary of what's working for me:

Diet

- No dairy except occasional cheese with a meal
- No alcohol
- Dinner with no restriction (single serving)
- Ample coffee in the A.M. (2 cups typically)

Snacks:
- Mixed nuts & peanuts, and super beets chews occasionally during the day
- Iced tea with a single Splenda packet in the afternoon to accompany my Cigar
- 1 non-alcoholic (0.0%) beer most evenings
- Skinny Pop popcorn after dinner snack sometimes (1 small bag)

Exercise
- Weight lifting 4 days per Week (45min - 1Hr each)
- Jogging 30min between (Mon, Tue, lift -> Wed jog -> Thurs, Fri, Lift)
- 1-2 long walks each day -- at least 1 mi each

The next challenge will be learning a maintaining diet once my goal weight is achieved especially considering the Holidays are on the horizon :)
