i know how frustrating a stall can be! atkins is a lifetime way of eating and cheat days just set you back - sometimes an entire week! - until you burn off those carbs. i don't know what stage of atkins you're in, but i took a peek at your food journal and see a few things that may be causing your stall. if you're just starting atkins (in induction), nuts (including walnuts and peanut butter), cottage cheese, and berries are not allowed. a lot of sausage has carb "fillers" so be careful and read labels. those atkins bars/candies have sugar alcohols in them and a lot of people (me included) can't eat them. even though they are technically 0 carbs, some people process sugar alcohols just like carbs. try staying off those and see if that makes a difference. very important: be sure to drink lots of water, and get 15 net carbs a day from allowed veggies, the other 5 from cream and cheese. best of luck to you!!
