Sleep is essential ya'll! I get up at 5:15am on days I work and I notice I very rarely lose much (if any at all) on days I work. Sometimes I even notice a gain. But on my days off, when I can sleep longer and get the rest I need I have big losses.

Your body and brain do very important work while you sleep and that burns calories. So if you're struggling or stalled, try focusing on sleep.
