Yesterday was a rest day, didn't even walk. We had some sodium rich foods for dinner last night, not surprised by gain despite in deficit. Today is full body weight lifting. We found a 150lb pond on the side of the road, of course after we returned the rental truck today. Managed to make it fit in our Honda Civic Type R.. Now he wants the same rental truck we had; 2020 Ford F250 super duty.

hard to go back to a regular truck once you've stepped up to the super duty Lol 😆 my wife agrees we can't live without a crew cab and an 8 foot bed so we will be driving a monster around forever 🤣

Otb- lmao no kidding, especially if there's a cover on the bed... Personally, I never drove it; he really hopes we get one!

Wayne- definitely was! So needed!! I'm using 5lb dumbbells less and less finally (in 2021, I had 2 herniated discs as well as torn MCL in my left knee as well as arthritis/bursitis) I'm moving onto 12 lb dumbbells for most exercises.

just don't look at the pump when you fill it up 🤣🤣my gas tank is 48 gallons!!!

O.O oh yeah terrifying sticker shock! Thats a huge tank! This was at least $160 to fill, not sure exact gallons.
