I have been eating out of control. I have been eating food i knew not to eat, and eating a lot of it. Everyday i say, 'Today I'll do better" but i don't.
I'm not sure whats wrong with me. But i had a realization of several points yesterday.
1) I havent been praying and reading my Bible 2) I have focused on what's wrong with my body, instead of how much better it is 3) I have been focusing on my fear that I would regain the weight.
Since i do believe that your thoughts have a lot of power, I need to look at the positive and focus on the fact that I've come this far. I need to focus on where I'm going, not where I'm afraid I'll go.
And I've gotta pray!
