Yea, I'm a bit surprised too but if you look my cals were still low so that probably had something to do with it. Cheat days don't necessarily mean pig out day just means I don't put so much thought into what I eat or I eat some of the things I've been craving. This time it was a moderate sweet (half a muffin) and french fries. It does seem to knock me out of ketosis for a day or two but as long as I'm losing I don't mind. It's kind of nice not to have that ketosis smell for a couple of days.

I understand the break from that odor and taste! Have done the keto previously, that was almost enough to make me quit!! Losing it though does remind one to jump back on the plan, says opps slipping!
