This journey is not without its ups and downs. I have officially plateau! I am going to be looking into ways of changing my diet, which is still less than 1800 calories and now I have increased my daily walks from 2 miles to 3 miles a day 6 days a week. If anyone got any advice on how to beat this I am all ears :)
