I am thrilled to see that scale move down instead of up! Yay! Exercised yesterday and followed a good eating practice; eat dinner early. No late night snacking. That's just what I did. I had a big beautiful salad for dinner with toast and an apple and that was it. I have to admit that I started feeling hungry a few hours later but I decided to have a cup of Turkish coffee instead of any kind of food. Proud of myself!

GREAT DROP! I would suggest some protein in the salad. Also eating your last meal at least three hours before bedtime at contains little or no carbs will help burn fat when you sleep.
