yesterday was technically 188.8, so I maintained, did full body weight lifting. Hiked today and did yard work. Today was moreso, eating at maintenance, rather then surplus. Tomorrow is going to be boxing. Kinda hesitant cuz my legs are super sore, Yay DOMS!! stretched after hike, and yardwork. Stairs are scary, gotta love the wobbly legs, each step tempting fate that you could collapse. Need more protein lol
