Thanks, we are mostly cordial, but he admitted that he wasn't going to stop pushing me until he "gets what he wants" so... I'm not sure what to make of that.

Short and small bits are what I did my whole journey. Never had a time line. I was in it for the long haul til it came off. Over two years in maintenance now. No struggle here. Not boasting. Just consistency and no food restrictions has been wonderful and CICO. And I lift. 💪🏻👍🏻

Originally I wanted to be a certain weight by end of year, but I discovered it's better to at least maintain consistent weight loss!! Discovering what works became the mission instead! Now I found it, it's continuing effort and adjustments along the way! 

Perfect. Numbers on clothes or scales mean nearly nothing.  

So true, for me it's data but it isn't my life source. Its indicator of it's working or I need to shake it up. ....but uhh... Wearing all the cute clothes 👗 I bought pre pregnancy would be lovely to fit into again 😉 🤣 

You. Deserve. This. Through alignment with yourself instead of dominion over yourself. You inherited your own self. 💙 you are an inspiration to all. the world needs stories like this.
