good ole post cheat day increase. usually averages a 5-6 lb jump. good for regular break but boy do i look forward to going back on track every week.
remember, post cheat day weight takes 3-5 days to resolve. it's not fat, it takes much more effort to gain fat than just 1 cheat day.
