I've finally started losing weight again after being on a plateau for the past couple of months. I'm now the lightest I've been since college, a long time ago. It's time for the happy dance but that could get ugly :)
Yesterday's workout was back and shoulders on my own. Seated rows, lat pull downs, standing rows, dumbbell shoulder presses, front and side shoulder raises, bent leg dead lifts, back flys, dumbbell curls and bodyweight tricep extensions. I wanted to round out my workout for the week since the trainer got called out during our scheduled sessions this week.
Today is mowing the grass day.
