A half-pound gained isn't too bad. I had a weird combination of 4 days of naughty food and booze and mountain-climbing and the gym. My weight seems to go a little bit up and then drop a fair bit, so I'm excited for next week! I usually put on a fair amount of weight before exams - hopefully I won't this year!
