weight loss has slowed right down to glacial pace - but it hasn't stopped and right now that's the win I need. I've found 'zero carbs' almost impossible to stick to. I've added back a couple just to make things difficult for myself 😆 🤣 It is what it is... if you feel like you're starving to death it won't be possible to continue so this is the best I can do.
